WARRANTY

• All roses, azaleas, hydrangea, rhododendron, and crape myrtle will be warranted until November 01 of the same year.
• Fruit trees, nut trees, and berry plants will be warranted until August 01 of the same year.
• Any tree or shrub installed by Elegant Landscaping & Nursery, LLC besides those mentioned above shall have a 1 year warranty as long as reasonable care has been given.
• Nursery stock (other than stated above) with a retail price of $7.95 or more, which has been given reasonable care, will be warranted for 90 days from the date on the ticket. Nursery stock will have a one time replacement. Account must be paid in full before any replacements can be made.
• Customer’s ticket and the stock must accompany request for credit regardless of the customer has planted the stock or Elegant Landscaping & Nursery, LLC has planted it. Cancelled checks will not be accepted.
  If loss occurs to nursery stock, a credit slip will be issued in the amount paid for the stock.
• No cash refunds will be given. Credit may be used in any part of our operation.
• Nursery stock prices subject to change without notice. We do not replace stock tree for tree or plant for plant unless prices are the same.

NO WARRANTY ON THE FOLLOWING:
Annuals, Aquatic Plants, Fish, Perennials, Tropicals, Bulbs, Hanging Baskets, Sale Items, Seeds, Stock Growth, Sod/Hydroseeding, Stock used indoor as Christmas Trees.

• We cannot warranty any act of God, such as drought, wind, hail, freeze or flood.
• We are not responsible for any malicious destruction or insect damage.
• No warranty on labor. A labor charge will be made each time we do a planting.
• All pumps, filters, irrigation products and lawn care devices (spreaders, sprayers) are under Manufacturer’s warranty only.
• Buyer assumes all risks in regard to the use, storage and handling of all chemicals, fungicides, fertilizers, insecticides and plant food.
• A $30.00 charge will be made for examining nursery stock or lawn at customer residence.

Interest will be charged at 1.5% per month (18& per annum) on all accounts not paid in full 30 days from billing date. Any costs incurred in collection and/or court costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
$35.00 on all returned checks.
Additional 5% charged on all credit card transactions on any purchase over $100.00.
